Dikelas 250cc Honda meluncurkan sportbike paling powerful di segmen inline twin silinder yakni Honda CBR250RR. Desain motor ini menggunakan konsep desain agresif dengan tekukan bodi serba meruncing, Lampu-lampu motor ini menggunakan teknologi LED yang lebih modern. Lampu depan memiliki desain yang ngumper dengan LED DRL diatas headlight yang terintegrasi dengan lampu sein.
Area tangki menggunakan cover, membuat tekukan bodi area tangki lebih kelihatan agresif. Mantapnya motor ini menggunakan suspensi Upside Down, Aluminum Swing Arm, Monoshock With Link dan menggunakan rangka terallis model twin spar.
Motor ini pada diluncurkan pertamakali langsung menjadi benchmark dengan mesin paling powerful 38.7PS, Throttle By Wide dan Power Mode yang bisa disesuaikan 3 tingkat tergantung kebutuhan. Knalpot motor ini menggunakan double barel. sedangkan sektor pengereman menggunakan double disc brake dengan floating disc brake ditambah dengan ABS untuk versi tertinggi.
